How Psalm 110 Disproves the LDS view of Jehovah
In this video, we explain how Psalm 110 disproves the Mormon view of Jesus/Jehovah and PROVES the Trinity.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has taught that Elohim is the name of Heavenly Father, while Jehovah is the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. But in contrast to Latter-day Saints, Christians hold that Elohim and Jehovah are different tiles that refer to the same being: The Most High God.
In this video, we do a quick Bible study explaining how Psalm 110 debunks Mormon teaching about the name of Jesus and Heavenly Father.
When we consider the whole teaching of the Bible, we find that the doctrine of the Trinity is a Biblically supported doctrine. Scripture teaches that the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God…yet there only ever has been and ever will be One Creator God who is eternal and unchanging. But the Bible also teaches us that the Father is NOT the Son, the Son is NOT the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is NOT the Father.
“The Lord says to my Lord: ‘Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.’ (Psalm 110:1)
